QLD DOLPHINS MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to serve local youth through the game of baseball.
We do so by creating an environment that:
1) Focuses on player development
2) Is fun for all players
3) Teaches life skills through competition
4) Fosters a passion for, and respect for the game
Baseball is a great game that teaches life skills.
Each and every kid is our first and only priority.
We honour and respect the game and the traditions of Baseball
We are passionate about teaching the game of Baseball to ALL the kids
We teach life skills through healthy competition.
Has fun playing the game
Feels like an important part of the team regardless of performance
Learns "life lessons" that have value beyond the playing field
Learns the skills, tactics and strategies of the game and improves as a player.
